You may need to reboot your phone to get a fresh connection with your FluentStream phone system. To reboot the device follow the device specific information listed below.


Yealink:

  1. On your Yealink device you will see a button marked 'X' located on the front of your device underneath the directional arrows near the key pad.
  2. Hold down the 'X' button for 10 to 15 seconds and the device will prompt you if you would like to reboot the device. Press 'ok' to confirm the reboot.
  3. Your phone will begin to reboot now. Please do not remove the device from power while the device is rebooting.


Polycom:

  1. On your Polycom phone, select Menu or the Home key (depending on model).
  2. Next select settings.
  3. Select advanced.
  4. Input the pin of 137955
  5. Select the reboot phone option.
  6.  Your phone will begin to reboot now. Please do not remove the device from power while the device is rebooting.

Other Devices:

  1. If you have a device not listed above or are having issues with the steps above, you can also remove the device from power.
  2. If your device is using a power supply (plugged into the back of the phone) unplug the power supply for 15 seconds and then plug it back in.
  3. If you do not see a power supply plugged into the back of your phone but your phone still has power, you have power over ethernet. Please unplug the Ethernet cable from the back of the phone, ensure the display powers off. Wait 15 seconds and then plug the device back in.
