Setting up a Wake-Up Call.


First, you will need a feature code setup with the Wakeup Call: Admin application or Wakeup Call: User application.


The admin application will allow you to set an alarm for any extension in your system, and the user application will only allow for an alarm from the extension the feature code is dialed out on.

Enter a Code Value, and select the proper application (Wakeup Call: Admin/User)



Now that the feature code is setup, we can dial in and set the actual alarm. Pick up your FluentCloud enabled phone and dial the feature code.


A voice prompt will inform you of several options:


(If Admin is selected, it will prompt for the desired extension first)


(1) .Press 1 for a one time wake-up call.


    It will ask for the "hours", enter a value between 01 and 12.

    Then it will ask for the "minutes", enter a value between 00 and 59.

    Now press 1 for AM or 2 for PM

    It will ask to confirm.


(2) Press 2 for a daily wake-up call


    It will ask for the number of days.. enter a value between 0-79   


    It will ask for the "hours", enter a value between 01 and 12.

    Then it will ask for the "minutes", enter a value between 00 and 59.

    Now press 1 for AM or 2 for PM

    It will ask to confirm.


(3) Press 3 to confirm a wake-up call    



    It will ask for the "hours", enter the value of a previously setup alarm.

    Then it will ask for the "minutes". Again, enter the value of the previously setup alarm. 

    Now press 1 for AM or 2 for PM, it must match the already established alarm.

    If the alarm was already present, it will confirm and ask if you wish to cancel.

    If no alarm was present at those values, it will alert you of a lack of an alarm and hangup.


(4) Cancel 


    Hitting this option will cancel any alarm immediately and hangup.
