Call Flip allows you to seamlessly transfer calls between your deskphone extension and your cell phone. 

To utilize this feature, you must associate your cell phone with your User Settings in the User Portal. 

1. Log into

2. Go to "User Settings". If you are an admin, you will need to select "Portal" and then your extension.

3. Under "User Settings" enter your cell number into the Primary Cell Phone Number field. This will be the number that the call is sent to. 

Now, we will be able to use the Call Flip feature!

How to use Call Flip while on an active call

While on an active call on your deskphone, enter #3:

The system will then signal a call to your cell phone: 


Accept the call, and you have completed the Call Flip!

You can transfer the call back to your deskphone by pressing #3 again. 

(This will only work if the call was picked up on the deskphone and call flip was used to transfer to the cell phone. This will not work via Follow Me Settings, traditional Forwarding, or traditional Transfers).
