The FluentCloud Reports page offers detailed reporting by Agent.



The Agents Report will provide information about the agents such as talk time, availability, and total calls. Select Agents under the Reporting Categories. 




Underneath that, you can select filters to narrow down your search:



Dates -  filters your report by dates you specify. **It is highly recommended that you do not try to pull more than a month's worth of data at a time, for quicker loading.

Queues - filters the search by your queues.

Static Agents - filters the search by your Static Agents.

Dynamic Agents - filters the search by your Dynamic Agents. 


Agent Availability Statistics


1. Agent Availability Statistics - displays the statistics based on Agent. 


2. Here is where your filter options are. You can see these options by selecting the blue settings gear and further filter the data you would like displayed.


3. Export Agent Availability - if you would like to download the report as a CSV, all you need to do is click here and the download will automatically start.
