With this page, you are able to create and manage conference rooms for personal, departmental, or other uses.
Conference rooms are designed to bring multiple parties together by dialing into the same phone number and PIN number. You can also create an administrator PIN, granting access to controls for the conference as well as the option to force other callers to wait until the administrator has joined.
This feature can be used with any of FluentStreams global conference lines, for quick and easy access to conference services. Also, can be set up on a dedicated phone number on the account.
Conference Room Configuration
Select Conference Rooms
Select Add New to create a new Conference Room.
Search for existing Conference Rooms.
Give the new Conference Room a Name.
Enter a 4 to 6 Digit User Pin.
Enter a 4 to 6 digit Admin Pin.
Set the Maximum number of users allowed in the Conference room.
Select a Hold Music category for the Conference room.
Enable or Disable permissions in the Conference room.
Enable if you would like callers to announce themselves when joining the conference.
Enable if you would like callers in the conference not to be connected until the Admin joins the conference.
Enable if you would like to have the conference calls recorded.
Enter an email you would like conference reports sent to with the attached recording.
Enter the desired URL for FluentCloud Meetings Video conferencing that will associate with this conference room.
Select a Username from the account to be the Admin for FluentCloud Meetings.
