The FluentCloud Reports page offers many ways to customize pulling data for reporting purposes.


Upon page load, Reporting Options toggle will default to "Extensions", and pull the most current date's reporting. 


Extension Reporting will give you reporting tools based on regular inbound and outbound calls. 




Underneath that box, you can select filters to narrow down your search:





Dates – filters the search by the selected date or dates.


**It is highly recommended that you do not try to pull more than a month's worth of data at a time, for quicker loading.


Extensions – filters the search by a specific extension or multiple extensions

Dynamic Agents – filters the search by Dynamic Agent number.

Call Types – filters the call by type.
Conference
External
Fax
Feature Code
Internal
International
Queue


Call Dispositions
 – filters the call by end disposition
Answered
No Answer
Failed
Busy

Locations – filters the call by location. Location is the physical address of the device and attached at the extension level.

Once you select the filters you would like, and select "Apply Filter". This will now populate the pertinent data under the Company Call Detail Statistics, Call Detail Reports, and Extension Summary.

Company Call Detail Statistics

The Company Call Detail Statistics give you a snapshot of the call details of your account. It pulls data from the filters you selected under the Extension Report Options. 


The settings gear, located at the far bottom right of the box, gives you the option to filter what categories are displayed.

Call Detail Reports

Call Detail Reports will give provide more specific information for call reporting.


You can search by a specific phone number, by putting it in the "Search Call Details" box and selecting "Run Search". This will pull the details for any calls regarding that number while maintaining the filter options previously selected under "Extension Report Options".


The settings gear, located at the far bottom right of the box, gives you the option to filter what categories are displayed. 


You can also export the Call Details Reports in a CSV file by selecting the "Export CSV" at the bottom left of the box. 


Extension Summary


The Extension Summary gives you the statistics regarding the call details per extension. 


This will pull the details per extension while maintaining the filter options previously selected under "Extension Report Options".


The settings gear, located at the far bottom right of the box, gives you the option to filter what categories are displayed. 


You can also export the Extension Summary in a CSV file by selecting the "Export Extension Summary" at the bottom left of the box.
