Before you can log in and begin using the Live Manager, you will need to download it from the Chrome app store. For instructions on doing this, please click here.
To log in to the Live Manager, you must have a FluentCloud user account, including a username and password. These credentials are also used to log in to my.fluentcloud.com. If you are a current customer and do not have a user account, please call our support team at 303-GO-CLOUD option 2.
Once you have the app downloaded and open, enter your user name and password into the corresponding fields, then click Sign In.
After you sign in, you will be able to start monitoring calls.
