While on a call you have the ability to both blind transfer and the perform an attended transfer. First we will discuss how to perform a blind transfer on the Panasonic TGP 600 while on a call simply press the blind button, which will be located directly under the handsets display and will be the middle button, the caller will automatically be placed on hold. Once the caller is on hold you can dial the phone number or the extension and press call to complete the blind transfer.

Attended transfers have many of the same steps but some important differences. To perform an attended transfer on the Panasonic TGP 600 while on a call simply press the xfer button, which will be located directly under the red hang up button/power off button on the right side of the phone, the caller will automatically be placed on hold. Once the caller is on hold you can dial the phone number or the extension and press call. This will allow you to speak with the person who will be receiving the call transfer. When you are done speaking with the person who the call will be accepting the transferred call press the xfer button again to finish the attended call transfer.
