Call Screening in My FluentCloud - User Portal

 

Call filtering feature that requires calls to verify their name or number before processing the call through.

 

Commonly used to screen Robocalls.

 

Permissions: Cloud User & Administrator

 

Call Screening Configuration

 

  1. Select Call Management

  2. Select Screening

  1. Turn On Call Screening

  1. For Callers With Caller ID:

    1. Select if you would like the caller to state their name.

    2. Enter the phone number of any callers you do not want screened and press the Plus button.

  1. Numbers not screened will be listed in this field below.

  1. For Callers without Caller ID:

    1. Select if you would like the Caller to State their Name.

    2. Select if you would like the Caller to State their Number.

    3. Select the Specific Announcement the caller will hear.

  2. Press Submit to save all changes.
