Call Management settings are found on, under the User Portal. 

If you are an administrator on the account, please be sure to click "Portal" on the top navigation bar.

To enable Call Screening for your Extension:

Click Call Management, the Screening.


Click the Turn on Call Screening button


1. Check the box if you want callers with caller ID to say their name before the call is connected.

2. Add phone numbers allowed to bypass screening.

3. Check the box(es) for how you would like to screen callers without caller ID.

4. (optional) You can choose a custom screening message if you'd like.

Otherwise, the default message will be played to the caller.

Click the Save changes button and you are good to go!
