Call Recording settings per extension are found on, under the User Portal. 

If you are an administrator on the account, please refer to Call Recording and Where to Set It to ensure recording is properly set up for your account.

To enable Call Recording for your Extension:

Click Call Management, then Recording


Click the Turn On Call Recording button.


Select either Always Record or Record On Key Sequence #9 (allows you to dial #9 during a call to start Recording).


Click the Save button and you are ready to go!

To listen to your call recordings, you can check your Call History. Or, if you are an admin you can check Call Detail Reports.
