When on a call, click the Transfer button:
You may enter an Extension number or a Full phone number to transfer the call:
To Transfer using lines:
If you have 2 active calls and need to transfer one to the other, you can do that by using the Warm Transfer button:
The Green line is the one that is active, the Red line is the one that is on hold. In this example, we will transfer Line 1 (green) to Line 2 (red).
Select the Single Arrow transfer, and the line you would like to transfer to.
Once you select the line, the call with automatically transfer and you are good to make or receive another call!
