Log into my.fluentcloud.com. Please note, if you are an admin on the account, you will need to select Portal from the menu at the top to access the User Portal.
1. Create - to create an outbound eFax
2. Inbox - to check Personal, Company, Sent, and Deleted faxes
To create an outbound fax:
a. To Phone Number - the number you are faxing to.
b. From Phone Number - the number that will display as your caller id. The number must be enabled for this under the Phone Numbers page.
c. Reference Code - optional code or note that will display to you only.
Click the Next Step: Upload Files
Select +Add Files to upload the document you would like to fax.
NOTE: The file must be either doc or pdf format only.
You will see a pending screen while the fax processes, then you will see:
This is confirmation that the efax has begun to process. If you have fax notification enabled, you will receive either a "Success" or "Failed" in your email. If you do not have notifications enabled, you may check the status under the Inbox page.
