Follow Me Settings - Call Forwarding in My.FluentCloud User Portal

 

Different Call Forwarding Setups

 

Permissions: Cloud User & Administrator

 

Always Forward Configuration

 

  1. Select Call Management. 

  2. Select Forwarding

  1. Turn on Call Forwarding

  1. Select Always Forward as the forwarding Condition

  1. Enter the Forwarding number.

  2. Select if you would like the caller to be notified that their call is being forwarded. 

  3. Select if you would like the Caller’s caller ID or the number the caller Dialed displayed as the caller ID.

  4. Enable Call Confirm to allow calls to come back to the FluentStream Voicemail System. 

Press Submit to save any changes. 

 

Forward On Busy Configuration

 

  1. Select Call Management. 

  2. Select Forwarding

  1. Turn on Call Forwarding

  1. Select Foward On Busy as the forwarding Condition

  1. Select the Forward On Busy Application. 

  2. Specify the Destination Application. 

  3. Select if you would like the caller to be notified that their call is being forwarded. 

  4. Select if you would like the Caller’s caller ID or the number the caller Dialed displayed as the caller ID.

  5. Enable Call Confirm to allow calls to come back to the Original Extensions Voicemail.

Press Submit to save any changes

 

 

Forward Me Configuration

 

  1. Select Call Management. 

  2. Select Forwarding

  1. Turn on Call Forwarding

  1. Select Follow Me as the forwarding Condition

  1. Select the Follow Me Behavior

    1. Ring both the Extension and forwarding number at the same time.

    2. Ring the Extension first then ring the forwarding number. 

    3. Skip ringing the Extension and forward immediately. 

  1. Enable to Apply time restrictions to the Forwarding Settings.

    1. Select the Specific Country and Timezone.

    2. Select the specific Times and Dates for Forwarding.

    3. Select to add additional Time Settings.

  1. If Entering more than one Forwarding Number determine if they should ring together or one after the other.

  2. Enter the Forwarding Number/s and press the Plus mark.

    1. This can also be other Extension number. 

  1. The Forwarding numbers will appear in the Section below. 

  1. Select if you would like the caller to be notified that their call is being forwarded. 

  2. Select if you would like the Caller’s caller ID or the number the caller Dialed displayed as the caller ID.

  3. Enable Call Confirm to allow calls to come back to the FluentStream Voicemail System. 

 

Press Submit to save all changes
