Voicemail Settings

 

Settings for customizing how you and others interact with your voicemail. 

 

Used to receive voicemails to an email.  

This can be set up to send to multiple emails with Admin permissions. 

 

Permissions: Administrator-only

 

Attach Voicemail to Email Configuration

 

Step 1:

    1. Select Settings

    2. Select Voicemail Boxes

    3. Select the desired voicemail box for this change.

    4. Enter the settings option for this voicemail box.

    

 

 

Step 2: 

  1. Enter the Email address you would like to receive notifications to. 

  2. Select Add Another Email if you would like to add more that one email. 

  3. Toggle Attach Voicemail on if you would like to the voicemail recording attached to the email. 

  4. Choose the File Format for the recordings received in the email. 

    1. This can be a wav, Compressed WAV, mp3 or ogg format. 

 

Attach Voicemail to Email Configuration (Cloud User)

 

Step 1:

  1. Select Voicemail

  2. Select Settings

 

Step 2: 

  1. Enter the Email Address you would like to receive notifications to. 

  2. Toggle Attach Voicemail on if you would like to the voicemail recording attached to the email. 

  3. Choose the File Format for the recordings received in the email. 

    1. This can be a wav, Compressed WAV, mp3 or ogg format.
