Troubleshooting steps
Step 1 Unplug your phone's power cord, wait 1 minute, plug power back in. This is called rebooting your phone. Also, may be referred to as power cycling your phone.
After the phone reboots make a test call inbound / outbound to ensure proper functionality. If this doesn't resolve the issue proceed to Step 2 below.
Step 2 Unplug your modem, wait 1 minute, plug power back in.
Step 3 Unplug your router, wait 1 minute, plug power back in.
Step 4 Unplug your phone, wait 1 minute, plug power back in.
