If a tenant is getting an error with registering 

  • in the SIPClient settings ensure they have there user name populated correctly in both the User ID field and Authorization Name field and check. 
  • Make sure transport type is set to UDP or TCP it will not register with TLS

if the phone numbers are being sent with a Zero in front of it go to Advanced settings and check the box to Remove the leading zero on all calls then save



If calls are being sent without the area code 

  • Under the Phone Settings Check the Dialing Rules, you can use the translation box by putting in a number and going to translate number to see if they are in the correct format, once you have the proper format click Activate and Apply
