Retrieve Your Password for the My FluentCloud Portal
These steps will outline how to retrieve your password if it is ever lost or forgotten.

1. Reset your Password
If you are unable to log in to the portal with your user credentials, click on the Forgot Password? Text located to the left of the Sign In button.
Enter the email address associated with your account to receive a link allowing you to change your password:
2. Contact Your Administrator
If your account has a user with administrator access they can also assist with resetting your password by going to the User Management section of the My FluentCloud portal.
