Manage Your Voicemail Settings in the User Portal

 

Check your voicemail inbox, update your greetings and customize your voicemail box settings.

 

Permissions: Cloud User & Administrator OR Administrator-only

 

Voicemail Configuration

 

1. Access Your Voicemail Portal

Locate the Voicemail tab on your portal in the center at the top center of your screen, then select a section of the voicemail portal you’d like to access from the list of options:

2. Inbox

 Manage your voicemail box. Check, remove, or categorize your messages. 

 

 

3. Greetings

Manage and customize your Unavailable, Busy, Name and Temporary Greeting

 

4. Settings

General voicemail box settings. Customize your voicemail box with the following features and more:

  • Edit your voicemail box password

  • Add an email address to your voicemail box to receive delivery notifications and attachments

  • Sort voicemail messages to your liking by oldest/newest

  • Select an Exit Application for your voicemail box
