New Reports 


1. Create New Reports

  • Fill out a name for the report.
  • Once the report is added it can be selected in the drop down box.


2. Add Widget

  • Calls in Queue Grid

            -Gives you a grid of current queued calls

  • Agent in Queue Grid

            -Give you a grid of queue agents

  • Queue Statistics Tiles

            -View statistics for your queues

  • Agent Statistics Tiles

            -View statistic of your queue agents


Select your widget and then press add.
