This call history view is found on my.fluentcloud.com, under the User Portal.
If you are an administrator on the account, please be sure to click "Portal" on the top navigation bar.
Select "Call History" from the top navigation menu.
Filtering Options
Phone Number - Search for for by a specific phone number
Report Dates - This filter auto populates to today. This can be modified to yesterday, this week, this month or custom
Call Direction - Filter your search for inbound or outbound calls
Call Types - Filter by 1 or more categories of calls
Disposition - filter by whether the call was answered or not answered
Duration - minimum and maximum call time in minutes
Reading the Extension Call Summary
This report has been built to show all pertinent information about your extension call history. Along the top of the report, you will see aggregate data for the report dates selected in the filtering options. Below that are the different columns displaying the information of the calls representing the filters selected. Please note - call recordings can be listened to and downloaded from this page.
At the bottom of the page there is an export CSV button. This button will allow users to download the report displayed to them with the same column headers.
