These steps will guide you through setting up Follow Me Settings on your Fluent WebPhone

  1. Log into your Webphone using your regular user credentials. 

  1. Navigate to the Settings Menu  in the upper right hand corner. 

  1. You will be shown these two options:


  1. Select Follow Me Settings

  1. If Call Forwarding is turned Off, select and you will see these options:

Always Forward - This will automatically forward calls to the Forwarding Number without ringing the device associated with your extension first.


Forward on Busy - Gives the option to forward calls to other applications such as Call Groups, Queues, ETC. 


Follow me - Allows you to set Forwarding Calls to ring simultaneously with your extension, ring your extension and then Forward to the Forwarding Number if not answered, or to skip your extension and ring directly to the Forwarding Number.


  1. Other Forwarding Options

Notify Caller - Lets the caller know that their call is being forwarded. 

Caller ID - When selected, uses the caller’s Caller ID. When not selected, uses the call recipient’s Caller ID. 

Confirm Call - When enabled, this option will alter you that there is a forwarded call incoming and request that you press 1 to accept or 2 to decline the call. Enabling Confirm Call ensures that Voicemails will go to your extension’s voicemail rather than your forwarding number’s voicemail.
