How to Manage Follow Me Settings on WebPhone

 

Managing call forwarding settings from settings on the FluentCloud Webphone.

 

Use these settings to quickly enable or update forwarding settings without needing to access the my.fluentcloud.com portal. 

 

Permissions: Cloud User & Administrator

 

Forwarding Configuration

 

  1. Select the Gear Icon on the WebPhone

  1. From the menu Select Follow Me Settings

  1. The Forwarding settings will appear in a second window next to the Webphone. 

  2. Turn on Call Fowarding. 

  1. Select the Forwarding Behavior needed. For Always Forward:

    1. Enter the Forwarding number. 

    2. Enable for callers to be notified the call is being forwarded. 

    3. Enabled to User the callers actually caller ID instead of the number dialed as caller ID for the caller.

    4. Enable Confirm Call to allow the call to return to the FluentStream system voicemail. 

    5. Press Save Changes to save the forwarding settings. 

  1. Select the Forwarding Behavior needed. For Forward on Busy:

    1. Select the Forward on Busy application.

    2. Specific the specific destination.

    3. Enable for callers to be notified the call is being forwarded. 

    4. Enabled to User the callers actually caller ID instead of the number dialed as caller ID for the caller.

    5. Enable Confirm Call to allow the call to return to the Originating extensions voicemail.

    6. Press Save Changes to save the forwarding settings.

  1. Select the Forwarding Behavior needed. For Follow Me:

    1. Specify the forwarding behavior.

    2. Specify how the forwarding numbers should be rang if there is more than one.

    1. Enter the Follow Me numbers and press the plus mark.

    2. Follow me numbers will populate below. 

    3. Enable for callers to be notified the call is being forwarded. 

    4. Enabled to User the callers actually caller ID instead of the number dialed as caller ID for the caller.

    5. Enable Confirm Call to allow the call to return to the Originating extensions voicemail.

    6. Press Save Changes to save the forwarding settings.
