1. Begin by calling 303-GO-CLOUD (option 2) or email support@fluentstream.com and request that your Zoho Integration be enabled. 



2. As an admin user in my.fluentcloud.com, select Portal > Call Management > Zoho Integration. As a cloud user, select Call 

Management > Zoho Integration.



3. Select Turn on Zoho CRM Integration and Authorize Zoho.




4. Click the Save button.



5. Upon authorizing Zoho, your browser will open up a new tab and prompt you to sign in to your Zoho account. You will use your existing Zoho credentials. 




You are now set up and ready to use the FluentStream Zoho Integration!
