Local Presence Dialing matches your outbound call’s area code to the area code of the location you are calling. This feature is included in our Complete Pricing Plan and we see this feature best utilized to increase productivity on outbound sales calls.

1. Purchase Telephone Numbers: Local Presence Dialing (or Local Number Presence) requires a telephone number on the account that corresponds with each Area Code in the region you would like to match. If you do not already have the numbers you would like on your account, please refer to How to Purchase a Number in the Portal.

2. Database Set-Up: After you have the numbers you need on the account, contact support at 303-462-5683, opt 2 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure proper database set up.
3. Route Your Numbers: Once you are good to go with step 2, you will want to make sure your numbers are routed in via the my.fluentcloud.com portal so that any potential inbound calls from your customers make it back to you. You can route the number directly to a User or put it into Route so that it follows your normal workflow for inbound calls. 4. Enabling: There are 2 places that need to be enabled. On the extension page under the Advanced tab as well as in the User Portal inside User Settings. Remember to always Update and Reload wherever possible.
