You have may options for filtering the call view in FluentCloud Live Manager. 


The application will automatically default to "All" which will display all Active Calls, then Extensions, Call Groups, Queues, and Queue Calls. 


If there are no active calls it will say "No Active Calls".



You can select filters on the top bar for a more detailed Live Manager View. 


Extensions - Displays extensions.You can filter online/offline or search by extension name or extension number. 


Call Groups - Displays call groups. You can filter by call group name or call group extension number (if applicable). 


Queues - Displays queues. You can filter by queue name. 


Queue Calls - Displays queue calls. You can filter by the agent's name or extension in the search bar. You can also filter by queue, by toggling the queue you'd like.


Outbound - Displays outbound calls only in the Active Calls area. Remaining information is the same as the extensions filter. You can filter online/offline or search by extension name or extension number. 


Favorites - Displays the status of any extensions marked as your favorite.
