This note applies to all Netgear M series managed switches including M4100 and M5300 series.  They include an option unique to their product configuration called Auto-VoIP or autovoip, which uses one of several detection mechanisms to provide priority to voice traffic.


It has been determined that this configuration, which is enabled by default, interferes with our FluentCloud service in all configurations.  This service needs to be disabled in order for our VoIP service to function properly.
