Live Portal

The FluentStream Live portal provides information on live phones, live calls, and lives queue calls. To get to the Live Portal log in at my.fluentcloud.com with your Admin login. Please contact FluentStream if you are unsure what that is. 


Once logged in, select Reports > FluentCloud Reports.


                                            

 


Select Live Reports under the Reporting Options.



Choose your Live View:



Live Calls

The Live Calls page can be used to monitor all live calls and see who's online. You can also transfer calls via this page.


                                               


Listen: This allows you to listen in on the call without either party being able to hear you.

Whisper: This allows you to listen to the call and also whisper to the FluentStream user, without the end user being able to hear.

Barge: This allows you to listen to the call and barge in to speak to both users at any time.


You can drag and drop a call to another extension by dragging it to the User Icon on their extension. 


You can also drop it directly into voicemail by dragging it to the File Icon.




                                                        

                                                                                    





Live Phone Status

The Live Phone Status option displays which phones are currently online, whether or not they are available, their last check in, IP address, port, etc. This is a good place to look if you are unsure if a phone has been registered properly, and is a good tool for troubleshooting. 



You can scroll down to the bottom of the page and use the blue settings gear to filter your report options.





Below are the following classifications of the Peer Statuses:


Unknown - Phone has been referenced by dialplan (we tried to send a call to it) but have no record of it communicating with us since the last Reload config. We are unable to process calls to it.


Registered - Normal online status. Our servers have the correct provisioning information. The phone is connecting to the servers and we are able to process calls to it.


Unregistered - Phone explicitly unregistered (generally before provisioning reboot). We are unable to process calls to it.


Lagged - Last keep alive packet came in above 1 second round trip time. Audio/Data packets may be behind, you may experience delays in the phone ringing, or call quality issues. 


Reachable - same as Registered. We can process calls to it.


Unreachable - Phone was previously online and registered, but is no longer reachable form our server. We cannot process calls to it.



Live Queue

The Live Queue option displays the active activity in your queues, such as live queue calls, calls waiting in the queue to be answered, and agents on active calls. If there is not live activity happening, this page will not display any data.
