If
you're experiencing issues with Bria not connecting properly please
change your Bria firewall settings. To change your firewall settings
please do the following:
Open up Bria
Click Softphone
click Account Settings
Double-click Account Name and SIP Account box should open
Click on Topology tab
Change Firewall traversal method to None
click Ok
Click Apply
Click Ok
If still experiencing issues:
1.
Please verify Bria is allowed on your local firewall. This would
include Windows Firewall as well as any third party security software
you may have installed on your computer.
2.
Please verify you are attempting to login with the correct
provisioning username and password. To retrieve this information please
contact a FluentStream representative by dialing (303) GO-CLOUD and
selecting Option 2 for Support.
