To enable Zendesk integration for ClickToCall:

1. Install and enable ClickToCall in your Google Chrome browser. For instructions, visit the following link:

2. Click the ClickToCall phone icon, .


3. Click Options in the ClickToCall menu.



4. Under Display Settings, check the box next to Enable call notifications? and click Save.



5. Under CRM Settings, check the box next to Zendesk Integration.

The box will expand and allow you to enter in your Base URL String (eg. https://example.zendesk.com), Zendesk Username, and Zendesk Password.



6. Click the Save button.
