Web-based Phone

FluentStream's exclusive Phone provides access to make/receive calls, manage your business SMS, dynamic agent, voicemail drop, and more!

All you need is a PC or laptop with access to stable internet and a built-in microphone/speakers or headset.

Phone is available to Cloud Users and Account Administrators.

Phone is replacing the Chrome Application in July 2020, as these applications will no longer be supported by Google.

Phone Configuration

1. Launch the URL through an internet-connected browser.

2. You will be redirected to a login screen to enter your FluentStream username and password.

If you do not have a FluentStream Username and Password, contact your account administrator or FluentStream support. 

3. Grant permission when the browser asks for Phone to use your microphone and speakers. 

If you wish, you may add a quick install to your device so that you can access FluentStream Phone directly through your device in the future. 

4. You're ready to roll!
