How to connect to a Conference Room using one of our Global Conference Numbers:



Dial into your local Conference Bridge, and enter your conference room number. (This number is automatically generated when Conference Rooms are created. If you need to create a new room, click here.)



You will then be prompted for the room PIN. If you are the Administrator of the room, enter the admin pin now.


You have now entered the Conference Room.

After logging in with the Admin PIN, Press * key

          This will play a message listing the following options:

  • Press 1 to mute/unmute yourself
    You will be notified by the system of your audio status upon muting and unmuting yourself.
  • Press 2 to lock/unlock conference
    This will prevent additional callers from entering the conference room, they will be prompted that the room is locked.
  • Press 3 to eject last user who joined conference
    This option removes the last connected user, they will be prompted that they were removed.
  • Press 4 to decrease volume of conference
    This decreases the volume of other speakers in the room.
  • Press 6 to increase volume of conference
    This will increase the volume of other speakers in the room.
  • Press 7 to decrease your volume
    This will decrease your volume when speaking in the conference.
  • Press 8 to exit
    This will disconnect you from the conference room, other users will be connected.
  • Press 9 to increase your volume
    This will increase your volume when speaking in the conference.


These settings can be modified in your FluentCloud Portal under Features > Conference Rooms.
