The following guide will walk you through the process of provisioning your Yealink T-20/T-22/T-26/T-28/T-32/T-38 phone to work on FluentCloud’s new and improved hosted phone system.  Please note that you may contact a FluentStream Support Technician to assist you with this provisioning process. 


Step 1—Connect Your Phone

Securely connect Yealink phone to your network router.  Be sure that all cables are properly inserted in the correct ports.  


Step 2—Reset Phone to Factory Default

Before you begin configuring your phone to work with the new FluentCloud platform you will first need to restore the Yealink phone to its original factory settings. To do this, hold down the middle OK button for 10 seconds. You will then see a prompt asking if you would like to reset to factory. Hit OK. 


STEP 3—Phone Configuration

Once the phone is booted back up, hit Menu. Scroll down to Settings, and select Advanced. When prompted for the password, type in ‘admin’ (you will need to use the number key pad to do so). Scroll down to Auto Provisioning and select. To make typing a bit easier, press the Ab3 soft key 2 times. Then set the URL to http://p.fluentcloud.com and hit OK. It will then ask ‘Provision now?’, hit OK. 


STEP 4—Complete Provisioning

Once you have completed the steps outlined above, your phone will begin a reboot process that may take several minutes to complete.  Please DO NOT unplug the phone or make any other change to the settings while the phone is booting up. Once the boot process has completed your Yealink phone should be registered to work with FluentCloud.
