I am not seeing a dial pad

 I don't see a number pad when I log into my Web Phone. What's wrong?

If you are not seeing a dial pad, either your extension's device is not set to web phone or your user is not set to the correct extension.

To check your WebPhone extension's device:
1. Visit https://my.fluentcloud.com and login.
If you are not an administrator, you will have to have your admin do this for you.
2. Click Settiings and then Extensions.
3. Select your WebPhone extension.

4. Click on the User Device tab.

5. In the Manufacturer drop-down menu, select Fluentstream.

6. In the Model drop-down menu, select FluentCloud WebPhone

7. Click the Update Extension button


To check your user's extension:

1. Visit https://my.fluentcloud.com and login.
If you are not an administrator, you will have to have your admin do this for you.

2. Click Settings and then User Management.

3. Select your User.

4. Update the extension to match your WebPhone's extension.

5. Click the Save button.
