Call Queues - Audible/Visiual Notification For Calls in Queue

For call queues, it would be valuable if there was a way to enable an audible sound or announcement for agents, letting them know periodically how many callers are in a queue they are logged into.


This could be triggered off reaching a certain number of callers in queue or after the oldest person waiting in the queue passes a specified SLA (like 2 minutes).


The audible sound could just be a beep or a quick "2 callers in queue" in message or some kind of display flashed to the webphone and/or desk phone.
